Shipping costs

We charge shipping costs for shipments with The Post Office. These consist of postage and handling costs. The figure is based on the rates charged by The Post Office.

We always try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. When you want to make an additional order, please contact us as soon as possible. Often, your order can be extended without additional shipping costs.

 

Delivery

Delivery in the UK usually takes place within five working days. The Post Office will try to deliver at your delivery address several times, if you're not home. After three days, the package will be left at a Post Office collection office. You can collect your order within the next two weeks.

Item out of stock

We strive to send your order five working days after receiving your order. If an item is out of stock, we send forward them on to you as soon as possible.

 

Checking your delivery

Please check the parcel after delivery. Any defects should be reported as soon as possible.
